These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Reign Ecosystem website operated by Reign Ecosystem, a vertical of Reign International. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Disclosures published alongside them.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an inquiry.

Who we are

REIGN Ecosystem is the infrastructure vertical of Reign International. It exists to coordinate education, business, credit, tax, capital, opportunity, real estate, protection, legacy, relationships, brand, athlete and creative life, lifestyle, and intelligence — held as one house for athletes, entertainers, and entrepreneurs.

Operations are associated with Miami, Florida, with expansion in Atlanta, Georgia.

This website is an introduction to the institution. Content is provided for general information. It is not a prospectus, not a solicitation to buy or sell securities, and not a substitute for a private conversation or for advice from a licensed professional who has been engaged for that purpose.

REIGN is not a law firm, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, insurance company, certified public accounting firm, or private security company by virtue of this website. Pages that discuss tax, credit, capital, protection, real estate, or similar subjects describe coordination and infrastructure — they are not legal, tax, investment, insurance, or security advice.

Where licensed or regulated work is required, it is performed by the appropriate professionals. REIGN may introduce or coordinate those specialists. Those professionals’ own engagement terms, licenses, and duties govern their work.

Inquiries and consultations

The Private Consultation and partner forms are channels for a private request. REIGN may accept, decline, or not respond to an inquiry. We are not obligated to enter a relationship with every person who writes.

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are of legal age to make the request, and that you will not use the forms to harass, defraud, or send unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The name REIGN, REIGN Ecosystem, the crest and lockup, the fifteen-pillar architecture as presented here, and the text, photographs, and design of this website are owned by REIGN or used with permission. Copyright is claimed from 2021. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or reuse the mark, the copy, or the media for your own commercial purpose without written permission.

You may link to this site in a way that is accurate and not misleading. You may not frame the site or imply sponsorship that does not exist.

Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it without authorization, impersonate REIGN, harvest information from forms that are not yours, or use the site to send spam or malware.

This site may refer to a partner network and to specialists. Those parties are independent. REIGN does not control their websites, their licenses, or their work product, and is not responsible for them except to the extent a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REIGN, Reign International, and their people will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunity, arising from use of this website or from reliance on its content. Any liability arising from the website itself is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where the law does not allow that limit.

This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not rewrite the terms of a later signed engagement with a licensed professional.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REIGN and Reign International from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by REIGN’s willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the website is the state or federal courts sitting in Miami, Florida, unless a later written agreement provides otherwise.

REIGN may revise these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
